Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate/Parts Runner to join our team. This position is responsible for picking up and delivering parts, maintaining warehouse inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, and supporting day-to-day shop or field operations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and has a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and supplies as needed
- Safely operate a company vehicle when making deliveries or pickups
- Load and unload parts, tools, and warehouse materials
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory
- Pull and stage parts for technicians, jobs, or customer orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area
- Track parts, receipts, packing slips, and delivery paperwork
- Assist with inventory counts and basic stock management
- Communicate with vendors, team members, and management regarding parts availability
- Follow all company safety procedures and driving policies
- Perform other warehouse or operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record required
- Previous warehouse, delivery, parts, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry parts or materials as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Basic communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in a warehouse, shop, or parts environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed
- Comfortable loading and unloading vehicles
- Ability to work in warehouse/shop conditions
Compensation & Schedule
This position pays $17–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The expected schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime possibilities depending on company needs.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
