Pay
$32 - $38 plus incentive bonuses - Pay Rate Determined in Interview
Your Duties And Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial buildings
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive plumbing services
- Respond to emergency plumbing service calls in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information for estimators for repairs, and/ or service work
- Ensure all work is compliant with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver professional service
- Collaborate with the service manager and team members on larger commercial plumbing projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and plumbing technologies
- 3 years of experience as a commercial service plumber
- Valid plumbing license
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems (e.g., water supply, drainage, heating, gas lines)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to think outside the box
