We are hiring a Commercial Service Plumber for long-term work in Arizona. What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools including cameras to inspect lines and accurately assess hidden issues. Using drain cleaning equipment to clear lines.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance for:
- Domestic water and sanitary systems
- Gas piping, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices
- Drainage, waste, and vent systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and system schematics.
- Work with HVAC and electrical teams on integrated mechanical systems.
- Document work clearly and completely, including repairs, parts used, and customer communications.
- Ensure all work complies with local/state plumbing codes and jobsite safety standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and relevant building codes.
- Skilled with diagnostic tools including line inspection cameras.
- Self-starter with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- Arizona plumbing license preferred, but not required.
