Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ for a Manager Shop Operations position. The Manager will oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficient processes and the effective allocation of resources. Responsibilities include managing a team of shop employees, collaborating with sales to meet customer needs, overseeing machining activities, and driving operational excellence through planning and coordination.
