Develop HUMINT lead generation and development strategies; manage collection plans and exploitation efforts.
-
Conduct Human Factors, Human Terrain, Social Network, HVI, and Patterns-of-Life analyses to inform targeting.
-
Integrate HUMINT results into all-source target development and operational plans.
-
Produce timely, mission-relevant reporting and finished intelligence products for senior-level decision makers.
-
Identify knowledge/capability shortfalls and recommend training or mitigation COAs.
-
Train and mentor incoming HUMINT targeteers and analytic teams on tradecraft, tools, and methodologies.
-
Ensure all activities meet legal, policy, and classification requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
8 years experience in an analytic or targeting role within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational unit.
