The Role
Telum is seeking experienced All-Source Intelligence Analysts (ASIA-SME) to produce operational-level intelligence products that inform senior leaders, commanders, and staff. You will fuse multi-INT reporting into decision-quality assessments supporting SOF operational and tactical requirements across CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter-WMD (CWMD), crisis response, and related mission sets. ASIA SMEs will collaborate with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community partners to synchronize collection, analysis, and dissemination for maximum situational awareness and mission effect.
Note: Some ASIA billets require serving as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and participation in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Lead all-source research and production of finished intelligence, assessments, white papers, and briefings tailored for operational and senior leadership (O-6/GS-15 ).

Integrate HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, and other INTs into coherent, actionable analytic products.

Support CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, TCO, SIA, CWMD, and crisis response planning and operations with timely analytic inputs.

Coordinate with Combatant Command and IC counterparts to synchronize requirements, deconflict reporting, and share analytic tradecraft.

Prepare and deliver formal and informal briefings that translate complex analysis into clear COAs and recommendations.

Serve on rotational watch or represent USSOCOM outside normal duty hours when required.

Mentor and quality-control the work of subordinate analysts; ensure analytic standards and classification rules are observed.
Required Qualifications

8 years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full-performance level.

5 years working for or with USSOCOM/SOF or national-level intelligence agencies (e.g., NSA, CIA, DIA).

3 years providing intelligence support to special operations.

Superior proficiency with current all-source analytic techniques, theory, methodologies, and processes.

Demonstrated mastery of modern all-source analytic tool suites and automation.

3 years producing formal finished intelligence (white papers, targeting packages, serialized products).

Proven experience preparing and delivering briefings to Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 audiences or higher.

Active TS with SCI eligibility at time of application.
Desired Skills

Recent USSOCOM/SOF operational experience.

Familiarity with collection management and F3EAD-aligned targeting processes.

Strong written and oral communications; ability to synthesize large data sets into concise, actionable products.

Experience mentoring analysts and developing POIs/knowledge products.
