The Role
Telum is seeking Expert All-Source Intelligence Analysts to research, develop, and present operational-level intelligence for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. You’ll fuse multi-INT reporting into decision-quality products that enable SOF operational and tactical requirements across CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter-WMD (CWMD), and crisis response. You will collaborate with Combatant Commands and IC partners to maximize collaboration and situational awareness.
Note: Some billets will serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support a 24/7 rotational shift.
What You’ll Do

Produce all-source assessments, finished intelligence, white papers, briefs, and presentations for operational consumers and senior decision-makers.

Integrate HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, and other INTs into coherent, actionable analysis.

Provide timely analytic support to CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, TCO, SIA, CWMD, and crisis response missions.

Coordinate with CCMD/IC counterparts to synchronize requirements, deconflict reporting, and share tradecraft.

Deliver concise formal and informal briefings to O-5/GS-14 audiences and above; tailor products to commander priorities.

(As assigned) Perform watch/rotational duties and represent USSOCOM after hours.
Required Qualifications

6 years as an all-source intelligence analyst within DoD or equivalent U.S. Government agencies, including 4 years at the operational level.

Demonstrated mastery of current all-source analytic techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.

Expert proficiency with contemporary all-source analytic tool suites and automation.

Proven experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings to Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 or higher.

Active TS with SCI eligibility at time of application.
Desired Skills

Recent SOF/USSOCOM operational support experience.

Familiarity with collection management and targeting-adjacent workflows (e.g., F3EAD).

Strong written/oral communication; ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable products.

Experience mentoring analysts and enforcing analytic standards.
