The Role
Telum is seeking Expert Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts to strengthen CI posture, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and deliver timely, decision-quality CI products. You’ll lead cross-community coordination, synthesize large data sets, de-conflict reporting, and independently produce multimedia and written CI assessments at the operational and strategic levels. You will manage CI source data, support asset validation, and advise commanders on signature-reduction standards, risks, and appropriate application.
What You’ll Do

Provide proactive CI advice, oversight compliance checks, and accurate documentation/reporting of CI indicators.

Plan, coordinate, and support IC/DoD working groups; ingest and de-conflict high-volume reporting across sections.

Research, produce, and deliver CI products (briefings, written reports, multimedia) using CI/HUMINT reporting tools.

Receive, review, and provide corrective feedback on Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).

Manage source data within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System (IDSRS); participate in Asset Validation Panels and conduct in-depth CI reviews of active assets.

Build all-source association matrices on CI-interest individuals.

Maintain and advise on signature reduction standards/processes; ensure compliance prior to implementation.

Apply F3EAD-aligned analysis in collaboration with multi-INT partners to drive actionable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
-
6 years performing counterintelligence operations within a Joint SOF Task Force, Interagency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command.

6 years operational analysis experience in CI; 5 years in a managerial role supporting special operations is highly desired, including combat tours supporting SMU/SOF in an operational analysis function.

Working knowledge of F3EAD and broad familiarity with adjacent intelligence disciplines; proven ability to lead analytic efforts to finished products.

Advanced skill with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management, Patterns of Life, and at least one of: Human Factors, Human Terrain, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, or Intelligence Training.

Expert grasp of CI theory, doctrine, laws, regulations, directives, systems, and tradecraft relevant to full-spectrum CI operations.

Strong written and oral communication skills; able to brief senior audiences and collaborate across joint/interagency teams.

Active TS with SCI eligibility required at time of application.

Recent USSOCOM/SOF CI experience.
