Key Responsibilities
Set up, maintain, and clean up the jobsite daily
Assist with demolition, material handling, and debris removal
Support carpenters with daily tasks (measuring, carrying, staging materials, basic prep)
Load/unload materials and keep tools and supplies organized
Maintain safe work practices and help protect client homes, surfaces, and finishes
Follow directions well while building confidence and skills on active job sites
Qualifications
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Dependable and punctual (shows up ready to work every day)
Comfortable with physical, hands-on jobsite work (lifting, carrying, climbing, etc.)
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Prior construction or remodeling experience
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Interest in growing into a carpentry track over time
Pay & Benefits
Full-time position
Pay: $16 to $22 per hour, based on experience, reliability, and willingness to learn
Pay increases tied to performance, skill growth, and added responsibility
