Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our skilled nursing team. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and safety protocols.
- Conduct and document thorough patient assessments in line with HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and vital signs.
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans and preventative care.
- Participate in quality improvement programs.
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Kansas
- Experience with geriatric care preferred
- High level of compassion, patience, and empathy
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication
- Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple residents and tasks
