We're looking for an Apprentice Carpenter to support active remodeling projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, shows up ready, and takes pride in a clean, professional job site. You'll work alongside skilled carpenters, learn the trade the right way, and grow your skills over time.
What You'll Do
- Set up, maintain, and clean up the jobsite daily
- Assist with demolition, material handling, and debris removal
- Support carpenters with measuring, carrying, staging materials, and basic prep
- Load/unload materials; keep tools and supplies organized
- Maintain safe work practices; protect client homes, surfaces, and finishes
- Follow directions while building confidence and skills on active job sites
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual - shows up ready every day
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (lifting, carrying, climbing, etc.)
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior construction or remodeling experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (preferred)
- Interest in growing into a carpentry career over time
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $16-$22 per hour, based on experience, reliability, and willingness to learn
