Location: Sparta, NJ
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Fulfillment Clerk to join their team in Sparta, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay, and the potential to transition into a permanent position.
The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable using a computer, and able to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Experience in inventory, warehouse, production, manufacturing, or fulfillment is a plus, but motivated candidates who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory
- Replenish products and ensure inventory is properly stocked
- Pick, scan, and fulfill orders accurately using a barcode scanner app
- Navigate a computer system to access and update inventory information
- Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable navigating a computer system
- Ability to learn and use barcode scanning technology
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the workday
