Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Discipline or equivalent diploma.
Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment.
Knowledge in all sourcing channels.
Experience in Multi-lingual sourcing.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings, ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent.
Initiate and maintain contact with candidates, providing information about job opportunities, company culture, and the recruitment process.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies to enhance sourcing strategies.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in sourcing candidates that align with those needs.
Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract passive candidates and enhance the organization's reputation in the job market.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure that all sourcing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
