Summary of Position
The Senior Project Coordinator is a key member of Telaid's Project Management Office, responsible for driving successful project outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy — managing project tasks, coordinating between internal teams and external clients, and resolving escalated issues without requiring constant direction. The Senior PC serves as a trusted operational partner to Project Managers, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and aligned with client expectations. This position is designed for a motivated professional looking to develop toward a Project Manager role, with direct exposure to the full project lifecycle and cross-functional decision-making.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage task execution across single or multiple projects, ensuring schedules, orders, shipments, and purchase orders reflect current and accurate status.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors, proactively communicating project updates, ETAs, and issue resolutions.
- Partner with Project Managers to coordinate field crew scheduling, permit verification, and material procurement to keep projects on track.
- Develop and maintain expertise as a power user in Telaid's Project Management System, leveraging it to drive project visibility and accountability.
- Monitor and drive resolution of internal team and client-facing dashboards, escalating issues appropriately and following through to closure.
- Review project financial health throughout the lifecycle, partnering with Finance to address invoicing discrepancies and project expense issues.
- Draft and finalize installation guides and other project documentation for field technicians.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including action items from team and client meetings.
- Conduct operational analysis to identify project improvement opportunities and contribute to lessons learned at project close-out.
- Exercise sound judgment in making independent decisions within defined processes, knowing when to escalate and how to communicate outcomes clearly.

Skills and Personal Attributes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel; familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration or equivalent preferred.
