Position Summary
The Senior Project Coordinator is a key contributor within the Project Management Office, supporting the execution of complex, multi-site technology programs. This role operates with a high level of ownership and autonomy, partnering closely with Project Managers to drive delivery, maintain project health, and ensure a high-quality client experience.
This position serves as a critical step toward a Project Manager role, with exposure to cross-functional coordination, financial tracking, and full lifecycle project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of multi-site or multi-phase projects
- Coordinate schedules, materials, field resources, and project documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors on active projects
- Track project progress, maintain system accuracy, and ensure data visibility
- Monitor risks, issues, and timelines, escalating when appropriate
- Assist with financial processes including invoicing, POs, and expense tracking
- Prepare status reports, documentation, and installation guides
- Drive task completion across internal teams to keep projects on schedule
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2 years of project coordination or related experience
- Experience in IT, low voltage, security, wireless, or construction environments preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel required); ServiceNow a plus
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership mindset
