RWB is seeking a Regional Human Resources Specialist. This is a hybrid role that will be based in our Berea, OH facility and support recruiting for all facilities. Candidates must be able to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.

- Full cycle recruiting for all US facilities and positions including job postings, approvals, phone screening, interviews, offers and new hire paperwork.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings including drug testing and background checks.
- Managing candidate pipeline, including attending job fairs, managing job boards and sourcing candidates.
- Managing weekly new hire orientation.
- Ensure proper documentation and correct data in the HRIS ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Serve as the key HR support for the Corsa/Volant staff by answering general questions.
- Coach and counsel supervisors and managers through employee relations issues and lead investigations.
- Manage attendance policy and support leaders with disciplinary action.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives for the Corsa/Volant facility.
- Assist with HR needs for Mentor facility, as needed.
- Act as backup for the Benefits Specialist answering key or critical questions in their absence.
- Assist with annual open enrollment.
- Manage the HR mailbox – answer any basic questions, forward other concerns to the appropriate team member.

- Associate’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred but not required. Relevant experience can be substituted for education.
- Three or more years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Three or more years of recruiting experience, preferably multi-state experience
- Prior employee relations experience, including managing investigations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work on multiple high-priority and confidential projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to recruit and hire for various positions including hourly, salary and executive roles with confidentiality and urgency.
- Travel up to 25%: must be able to travel to the corporate headquarters in Mentor, Ohio and to other US sites as required.
