Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Scheduling Coordinator to support appointment scheduling and case documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely communication with patients and internal teams while maintaining high quality standards in a fast‑paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Communicate appointment details clearly to patients and internal stakeholders
- Audit, update, and complete electronic documentation related to patient cases in a timely manner
- Follow and reinforce all scheduling and documentation policies and procedures
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
- Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, peers, and leadership on a daily basis

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of recent call center or customer service experience
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to think quickly and respond professionally in time‑sensitive situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic approach when interacting with patients and team members
- Adaptable and open to supporting different departments as business needs change
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
