We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a large, well-established Aerospace & Defense organization. This individual will drive full-cycle corporate recruiting efforts , partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent across multiple business units.
This is a fast-paced role requiring a high sense of urgency, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while holding stakeholders accountable throughout the hiring process.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a large, well-established Aerospace & Defense organization. This individual will drive full-cycle corporate recruiting efforts , partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer/close
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and set clear expectations
- Drive accountability across the hiring process to ensure timely movement of candidates
- Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates using Workday ATS and additional recruiting tools
- Support hiring across a variety of roles including:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing / Assembly
- Quality Inspectors
- Supply Chain
- Program Management
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Corporate Recruiter
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and hold hiring managers accountable
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably Workday
- High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing or technical roles
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense (nice to have, not required)
