About The Role
We are hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives to support a large, well-established insurance

What You’ll Do
- Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls
- Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products
- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment
- Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (General Lines or Commercial Lines)
- Associate's degree required
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools
- Dependable, team-oriented, and highly organized
