They are currently looking for individuals who are looking to grow within their company. Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred. This position is staffed on site at the Traverse City Location and represents the Company by delivering customer-focused, personal, high–quality, accurate, and timely services utilizing multiple technologies and resources.
The position is the first point of contact for Traverse City employees seeking help regarding their technical devices.
This position will be responsible for classroom technology support that could include but is not limited to: Printer installations, laptop/desktop computer deployment, new device troubleshooting, and excellent customer service.
