Your Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide hands-on support to individuals with cognitive, physical, and developmental disabilities in a residential or community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
- Encourage independence and social engagement
- Administer medications as required
- Complete documentation and shift checklists
- Communicate with team members and residents
- Perform other assigned duties
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Experience preferred, but not required – we train!
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License & clean driving record (Required)
