What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Call Center Representative ON SITE position at TEKsystems?

Top Must Haves:
A good phone presence and good communication skills are a must. Also must have proven tenure within their roles. We are not interested in reviewing candidates who do not stay at their previous roles. They also must be able to type at least 40WPM. Familiar with medical terminology is a plus and some call center experience is a must. We handle sensitive calls from patients and medical staff, so we are looking for a stronger individual for this role. We do need a higher caliber candidate. We are 24/7 which means we never close. This position does require working holidays and during inclement weather and is deemed essential.
Training is typically 10:30 -6:30 /7pm for all shifts!
After Training Role will require you to work SUNDAY shift. You will have Saturday and one other week day off. Must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am-6pm.
No Free Parking for first shift- they encourage people not to drive
ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY DURING TRAINING 2-3 WEEKS
IF YOU MISS TRAINING YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE CLASS
