- Desktop & Network Troubleshooting Experience (5 years on Experience)
- Knowledge in System Administration from an Helpdesk/Active Directory Standpoint (2-5 years of Experience)
- Cabling & Physical Hardware Setup - Knowledge in CAT5/CAT6 Cables, Fiber Termination Experience
