Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients seeking service for company products.
- Troubleshoot issues and schedule service technician visits.
- Log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Perform data entry and basic invoicing using Excel.
- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in scheduling or help desk support
- Familiarity with Excel and CRM systems
- Casual and supportive office setting with a retail showroom
- Team of 10 in Customer Service, divided into Building, Retail, and Service divisions
- Business casual dress code
- Friendly management and collaborative team culture
