IT Support Technician
Our client is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide phone and onsite support for roughly 175 clients. You’ll handle tickets through ConnectWise , troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10 , printers, networking, VPN, and Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks).
After training, you’ll also visit client sites for hands‑on support, network troubleshooting, and follow‑ups. The role includes remote/server troubleshooting , documentation, DHCP/DNS support, light SQL work, and coordination with third‑party vendors.

This is a Contract position based out of Cockeysville, MD.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00/yr.

- Strong understanding of operating systems, business apps, printing systems, and networks
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
