TEKsystems is hiring for a Desktop Support Technician to assist with a Windows 11 migration onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role will focus heavily on hardware deployments, workstation refreshes, and post‑deployment support as new devices are rolled out to end users. This is expected to be a 2 - 3 month contract to start.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support a Windows 11 migration by assisting with laptop and workstation deployments
- Image, configure, and deploy new hardware to end users
- Provide hands-on desktop support, including break/fix and troubleshooting
- Assist users with post‑deployment issues related to the new OS or hardware
- Support common desktop applications and peripherals
- Deliver strong, user-facing customer service throughout the migration process
- 3 - 5 years experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 (required)
- Experience with hardware deployment and break/fix support
- Strong customer service skills and comfort working directly with end users
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
