Key Responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for diagnosing and resolving issues related to workstations, applications, and PC peripherals.
- Provide desk-side support for Windows 10/11 workstations, including imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot network-related problems using TCP/IP principles, VLAN configurations, ports, cabling, and OSI model methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and support infrastructure refresh initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both technical and non-technical users.
- 1–3 years of experience in desktop support, including Active Directory tasks (user adds/removes, password resets).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, LDAP, subnets, gateways).
- Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and cabling.
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iPads, Chromebooks) and basic AV equipment troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with meeting software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with classroom technologies and Crestron AV systems.
- Knowledge of VMware/server virtualization and LAN/WAN environments.
