Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking an Oracle Cloud Support Analyst to join our federal systems team supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion Government (ERP/HCM/Procurement) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The candidate will provide Tier 2–3 application and integration support, assist with configuration, troubleshoot user and system issues, and ensure compliance with federal security and audit standards.

Solutions range from commercial off the shelf and custom written including cloud based solutions.
Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking an Oracle Cloud Support Analyst to join our federal systems team supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion Government (ERP/HCM/Procurement) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The candidate will provide Tier 2–3 application and integration support, assist with configuration, troubleshoot user and system issues, and ensure compliance with federal security and audit standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Oracle Cloud Fusion incidents and service requests across ERP/HCM/SCM modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to roles, workflows, timecards, payroll, and procurement configurations.
- Support integrations via HCM Extracts, HDL, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Maintain and adjust security roles, duty assignments, and audit policies using Fusion Security Console.
- Coordinate sandbox testing, validation, and promotion to production environments.
- Collaborate with OCI infrastructure teams for performance tuning, monitoring, and configuration.
- Develop ad hoc reports using OTBI and BI Publisher; assist business users with reporting needs.
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53 policies in cloud operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, or Procurement).
- 1–3 years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or comparable cloud environment.
- Experience with Oracle Support (MOS), SR creation and lifecycle, and patching coordination.
- Strong understanding of business processes in government or public sector ERP/HCM systems.
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, flexfields, page composer, and workflow setup.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required
- Oracle Certified: Cloud ERP Financials, HCM, or Procurement Implementation Specialist.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Associate or Architect Associate certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks: FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA.
- Familiarity with ATO processes and handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
