Description

Performs quotation processing over the phone, email and fax.

Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer via email/fax.

Process shipping instructions and packing lists to warehouse.

Filing orders and checking customer’s open orders.

Perform Physical Inventory when necessary.

Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary.

Support outside sales inquiry needs. (Stock and price check, open orders)

Process quotation for outside sales.

Process internal transfers

Must‑Have Traits

  • Strong customer service and customer support mindset
  • Comfort working in a call‑center or order desk style environment
  • Solid computer skills and ability to learn proprietary order systems
  • Attention to detail for order entry, documentation, and follow‑ups
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple internal stakeholders

Nice‑to‑Have (Not Required)

  • Prior experience in:
    • Manufacturing or industrial environments
    • Inside sales or order processing
    • Technical or product‑based customer support
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (email, Excel, basic documentation)

This Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) position sits within the Customer Support / Inside Sales Operations team and functions as a key order‑to‑delivery support role rather than a traditional retail or hospitality customer service job.

Core Responsibilities They Care About Primarily looking for someone who can:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately
    • Enter customer orders and quotations into internal systems
    • Confirm orders via email, phone, or fax
  • Support inside and outside sales teams
    • Provide stock availability, pricing, and order status updates
    • Process quotations for outside sales representatives
  • Handle order fulfillment coordination
    • Prepare shipping instructions and packing lists for the warehouse
    • Process internal transfers between branches
  • Maintain accuracy and organization
    • File and manage order documentation
    • Track and follow up on open orders
  • Perform operational support tasks
    • Assist with physical inventory when needed
    • Back up billing activities for the office or other branches
  • Communicate professionally with customers
    • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a timely manner

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
