Onsite Conference Room AV Support supporting Client Executive Meetings
Resource will provide Onsite Support to Conference Room Hardware and Software Equipment: Dallas, TX

Daily Tasking
▪ AV support including pre-meeting room checks, live event monitoring, and issue resolution both on-site and remote
▪ Manage service tickets, incident tracking, and escalations to maintain SLA compliance and high user satisfaction.
▪ Supported day-to-day desktop support tasks (50%) including hardware troubleshooting, peripheral setup, and basic network connectivity issues.
▪ Performed preventative maintenance, cable management, firmware updates, and light AV repairs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan while supporting client executive meetings
▪ AV equipment support: (cables, adapters, mics, batteries, etc.) ensuring readiness for meetings and emergency replacements.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
