Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for consumer lending products.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including design, launch, enhancement, optimization, and retirement.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
- Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, pricing, utilization, and revenue metrics.
- Lead initiatives to improve and digitize the customer lending experience across online, mobile, branch, and assisted-service channels.
- Partner with Credit, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Digital Banking teams to ensure successful product delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze key performance metrics, including application volume, approval rates, loan growth, utilization, credit quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Define business requirements, maintain product roadmaps, and support lending technology implementations and enhancements.
