The role is responsible for translating the bank’s strategic vision and business objectives into a customer-centric product roadmap and leading the implementation and execution to reach those objectives. Specifically, responsible for identifying, managing, and launching exceptional and valuable digital banking experiences within their online and mobile channel. Duties also include product development, product positioning, process improvement, roadmap development, product marketing strategy and execution, reporting, customer feedback analytics, internal training, ensuring compliance, and product support.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in Digital Banking/Marketing/Product Management or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years’ experience managing/supervising professional level staff is preferred (Senior Digital Product Manager)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing/ Info Systems Management or equivalent work experience required
- Prior experience in online banking or digital channel highly preferred
- Consumer behavior/psychology and marketing preferred
- Must be able to comfortably transition from high-level strategy planning to granular compliance or development issues
- Demonstrated analytic skills, ability to translate data into recommendations, then clearly communicate.
- Expertise in putting together a financial proforma
- Project delivery experience preferred in both waterfall and or/agile environments
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be proactive and driven
- Must be able to work within a fast-paced team
