Onsite Conference Room AV Support supporting Client Executive Meetings
Resource will provide Onsite Support to Conference Room Hardware and Software Equipment: Dallas, TX
Logitech Camera Speakers
ViewSonic CDE7520_BE2
Daily Tasking:
AV support including pre-meeting room checks, live event monitoring, and issue resolution both on-site and remote
Manage service tickets, incident tracking, and escalations to maintain SLA compliance and high user satisfaction.
Supported day-to-day desktop support tasks (50%) including hardware troubleshooting, peripheral setup, and basic network connectivity issues.
Performed preventative maintenance, cable management, firmware updates, and light AV repairs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan while supporting client executive meetings
AV equipment support: (cables, adapters, mics, batteries, etc.) ensuring readiness for meetings and emergency replacements.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
