What You’ll Do
- Review, validate, and process executed loan modification and loss mitigation documents
- Ensure all signatures, dates, and notarizations are accurate and complete
- Coordinate document tracking, uploads, and post‑closing audits
- Support front‑end or back‑end processing, including document orders, intake, and quality checks
- Communicate status updates with internal teams and external partners as needed
- Worksite: Hybrid — 2 days onsite in Fishers, IN
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Training: First 2 weeks fully remote, then hybrid
- Pay: $21/hr
