What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to account services, transactions, and general account maintenance.
- Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to document interactions and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in a structured training program that includes hands-on coaching, guided practice, and continued development opportunities.
- Manage approximately 25 to 30 inbound contacts per day, with opportunities to expand responsibilities based on performance and business needs.
- Extensive paid training and onboarding.

Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications efficiently.
- Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Exposure to or education in financial services.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Experience working in a team-based service environment.
