What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Services Associate position at Associate Staffing?
A leading financial services organization is hiring multiple contract operations support professionals to help manage increased production volume tied to a large conversion initiative and year-end processing. This is detail-heavy, deadline-driven work supporting core operational workflows; some openings include inbound phone/email support, while others are fully onsite and focused on hands-on administrative processing.
What you’ll do
- Process, reconcile, and validate operational transactions and documentation with high accuracy
- Work daily in multiple systems/queues/databases; review reports and resolve exceptions
- Follow defined procedures/controls and meet strict turnaround times
- Partner with teammates and internal stakeholders; provide service-oriented support as needed (phone/email)
- Support onsite processing tasks for some teams (document handling, shipping/logging, validation workflows)
What we’re looking for
- Strong reliability/attendance, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Organized, coachable, team-first, and able to manage high-volume work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel; macros a plus)
- Financial services/back-office operations experience helpful, not required
Work setup
- Mix of hybrid (multiple days onsite) and fully onsite schedules depending on team needs.
