About the Role:
- Welcome clients and answer questions about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
- Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate medical information is collected.
- Assist medical staff with maintaining a clean and sterile work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informative experience for each client.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Docs.
- A passion for health and wellness is a plus.
