What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end flow of client cases: onboarding, document collection, case tracking, and milestone follow-up.
- Communicate with clients consistently and professionally—setting expectations, providing updates, and keeping them confident in the process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on strategy and ensure timely submission of required documentation to agencies.
- Maintain detailed notes and case status updates in the CRM and ensure records are accurate and audit-ready.
- Lead/guide other case workers as needed and help keep the team aligned on priorities and workload.
Must-Haves
- Experience in case management, high-touch customer support, or client coordination (strong ownership of timelines and documentation).
- Comfortable working in a CRM-heavy environment (strong preference for IRSlogics or a similar platform).
- Excellent communication skills (written verbal) and high attention to detail.
- 3 years of experience in case management and/or tax resolution.
- Experience with CRMs such as IRS Solutions, Ledger CRM, PitBullTax (or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
