What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional service across a high volume of calls
- Resolve customer issues while creating a positive experience every interaction
- Navigate multiple systems to research and respond to inquiries
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
- Contribute to team performance goals and service standards
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, financial, sales, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Entry point into a well-known financial institution
