What You’ll Do
- Respond to partner and customer inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Coordinate with the Business Development team on deal progression
- Organize underwriting and closing documentation
- Manage multiple workflows with strong follow-through and accountability
- A casual, flexible work environment
