Responsibilities
- Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule residential installation and service appointments
- Deliver superior customer service to both internal and external customers
- Handle incoming customer and associate relations calls
- Provide reception coverage as needed
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Serve as payroll liaison
- Support general operations and administrative functions, including supply ordering, filing, and backup coverage when the Lead Administrator is unavailable
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of related experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Strong data entry and 10-key skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Heavy phone or call handling experience is a plus
- Accounts payable knowledge is a plus
