The client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to join their onsite team in Tinley Park. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems
- Process, review, and organize documents and records
- Support daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain files, reports, and spreadsheets
- Communicate with internal teams as needed to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all information handled
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, data systems)
- Ability to work onsite and maintain a consistent schedule
- Strong time management and reliability
