Duties
- Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with high accuracy and speed
- Maintain and update records through meticulous filing, data collection, and data entry processes
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize information, and generate reports for management review
- Perform transcription tasks, converting audio or handwritten notes into digital formats
- Manage order entry processes to ensure timely processing of customer or internal requests
- Support clerical functions such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and organizing office supplies
- Assist with basic math calculations for inventory counts, data verification, or financial records
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and improve data management practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, or administrative support roles
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy to handle large volumes of data efficiently
- Experience with transcription and order entry processes preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for data verification and inventory management
- Previous office experience involving filing systems and data collection methods is advantageous
