What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain technical, business, and user documentation for enterprise IT projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and developers to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Translate complex technical details into clear, structured, and user-friendly content.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards, templates, and project governance guidelines.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Serve as essential staff during critical operational periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years of equivalent professional experience.
- At least three years of technical or business writing experience.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to complete Security Awareness Training within 30 days of hire.
- Must be able to pass a Level II background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in technical writing.
- Experience supporting state or federal IT projects.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, version control systems, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems.
- Skills in graphic design or multimedia content creation.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and UX design principles.
Experience Level
