What You'll Do
- Provide remote technical support to end users across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (e.g., password resets, internet access, email issues)
- Support Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft Office 365
- Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system
- Assist with remote desktop support tools for issue resolution
- Participate in hardware-related projects when not handling support requests
- Meet help desk performance metrics such as call time, resolution time, and availability
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of help desk or service desk experience
- 2 years supporting Windows 10/11
- 2 years supporting Microsoft Office 365 (Office 2022 experience preferred)
- Experience working in a call center or high-volume help desk environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and call routing tools (ACD systems preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with remote support tools and endpoint management platforms
- Exposure to environments with large user bases
