Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and customize solutions across ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
- Lead discussions to understand the why behind business requirements, challenge inefficiencies, and recommend better approaches.
- Build scalable integrations across enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues.
- Develop dashboards and Performance Analytics (Indicators, Breakdowns, Scorecards, Targets, Widgets, etc.).
- Drive continual service improvement and platform modernization initiatives.
- Support Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization with strategic input.
- Participate in roadmap planning and evaluate emerging ITSM capabilities and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5 years developing on ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
- 3 years customizing and implementing ITSM core modules.
- 5 years in IT application development or technology solution delivery.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint planning.
- Strong understanding of Performance Analytics.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Ability to think critically, ask "why," and challenge assumptions to produce optimal solutions.
- Comfortable providing consultative guidance versus simply taking orders.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Experience shaping platform strategy or influencing architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation.
