1. Imaging and Setup: Perform imaging tasks for Windows 10/11. Set up new employees with necessary hardware. Knowledge of end-user computing hardware, including monitor and docking station setup. 2. Active Directory Administration: Manage group memberships by adding and deleting users. 3. Microsoft Exchange Administration: Forward mailboxes to users during vacations and perform various administrative tasks. 4. PC Administration: Hold administrative rights on all workstations. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues. 5. Ticket Queue Management: Utilize ServiceDeskPlus from Zoho to manage ticket queues. Handle approximately 70 tickets daily, with peak activity in the mornings. 6. Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a fast-paced team environment. Contribute to team efforts and assist colleagues as needed. 7. Endpoint Central Management: Use Zoho/ManageEngine's cloud-based computer management tools. Perform remote control tasks.
