- Do you enjoy solving technical problems? Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and analysis for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, telecommunications tools, and core software applications. Ensure issues are resolved quickly or escalated appropriately.

- High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of IT support experience preferred. College coursework or internship experience in IT support also qualifies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and general desktop support
- Experience with Active Directory is a plus
- Familiarity with Apple OS/iOS is helpful
- Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions‑focused — even under pressure
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and support a wide range of users
