What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician (Bank ATM) position at TekStream Solutions?
A TekStream client, a financial services company that provides bank equipment (ATMs) and security systems solutions, is in search of a Field Technician / ATM Specialist local to the Savannah, GA area. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent company benefits.
The Technician is responsible for providing second line maintenance for ATM banking products with an emphasis on hardware and software problem diagnosis and physical and electronic security repairs.
What we’re looking for…
- Experience providing maintenance on ATM / ITM banking products (NCR ATM Technician Certification is a plus)
- Knowledge of and/or willing to learn and repair physical security equipment such as Drive-Up System, deal drawers, locks
- Knowledge of and/or and willing to learn and repair electronic security equipment such as alarm video, and access control
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and able to use personal vehicle to transport equipment and materials for work duties, mileage is reimbursed
- Open to covering primary areas that include South Carolina and Eastern Georgia with day trips covering long distances in one day
- Able to travel to GA, SC and FL for up to a week at a time when necessary
- Perform weekend service calls occasionally
