- Inspection and quality control skills to support site inspections, verify workmanship, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Experience in construction, façade systems, retail fit out, or related fields, ideally with luxury or high-end projects.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for cost estimating, value engineering, and financial tracking.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary, international teams.
- Proficiency with project management and estimating tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, specialized construction software) and general digital literacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
