Seeking a detail-oriented experienced business/commercial litigation paralegal who has experience with Massachusetts law and procedure.


Responsibilities

  • Must be able to perform legal research on Westlaw/Lexis.
  • Candidate must have experience with reveal or relativity, CLIO, Adobe, dropbox, and Netdocs.
  • Candidate will be required assist with drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions and discovery. Must know Rule 9A, be able to file using e-filing in both state and federal court.
  • 3 plus years of work experience with Proofreading.
